Summer 2024 Tour Recap

Goose Takes Flight on Summer Tour

With new drummer Cotter Ellis fresh off his debut with the band at the Capitol Theatre in April, anticipation was sky-high as the band embarked on their summer tour, eager to see Cotter spread his wings on the road.

In just over a month, Goose dazzled fans across 21 shows in 13 states, covering the Midwest, Northeast, and Southeast. Every show had its standout moments. From incredible jams like the Philly Tumble or Red Hat Atlas Dogs, to long forgotten covers like The Night They Drove Dixie Down in Atlanta, to off-stage moments like the boat horn during Your Ocean in Cleveland, each night had something for fans to pour over the next morning.

For those of us catching only a few dates, this tour offered the unique benefit of being able to tune in on nugs.net each night, allowing us to follow the band's journey and witness the magic unfold on stage. This tour truly had it all and leaves us wanting more. September can't come soon enough!
